Once the frame is erected, we'll proceed with the dry-in phase. This crucial step involves installing the roof and walls, windows, doors, and wrapping systems to create weather-tight enclosure. This protects the exterior materials from degradation prior to installing siding systems, and protects the interior from the elements in preparation for the systems and finishes.
