Scan

Once an antique barn is acquired, we conduct a thorough 3D scan to capture its precise dimensions and structural details.This digital record allows us to visualize the barn's potential and plan for the many options for its reconstruction and transformation.

Design and Architecture

Our talented architects create detailed floor plans, construction drawings and engineering certification (as needed) as well as elevations based on the 3D scan. We work closely with clients to ensure that the design aligns with their vision and lifestyle preferences.

Dismantling

We carefully dismantle historic timber frames, labeling and preserving each piece to ensure that the original structure can be accurately reassembled.
