This antique heritage barn, constructed in 1890, is a beautiful reclaimed structure ready for reconstruction as a home or event space. Originally built in Grove City, PA, this barn is from the early era of European settlement. This small settlement quickly grew when coal was discovered in the area in the late 1800s. This barn was a part of this expansive growth. A piece of the regional history and heritage, this barn is a testament to the artistry of hand-hewn timber framing.
It has a 44x60-foot footprint and 15-foot walls. Crafted from sturdy oak, the barn features a distinctive truss design that opens the threshing floor into a generous 28x38 foot open area. Its solid foundation and exceptional condition make it an ideal candidate for re-erection and transformation into a stunning home or event space.
